Tuition Paralegal Inmates Blackstone Prison Inmate Information

Blackstone Career Institute makes every effort to accommodate the enrollment of incarcerated individuals in our Legal Assistant/Paralegal certificate program and Advanced Paralegal courses.  We use soft-covered books and materials for ease of entry into most state prisons, federal penitentiaries, county jails and other institutions.  We also offer a checklist to each prospective student to make sure the rules of his/her facility permit our programs.

Inmates can complete the entire program via correspondence using U.S. mail. We provide all of the necessary materials so students do not have to seek additional or outside resources in order to graduate. Inmates from 1,200 facilities across the U.S. have already turned to Blackstone to continue their education.

As a caring family member or friend, you may wonder why inmates would want to enroll in our programs.  Some of the reasons include:

We have a great deal of experience working with sponsors not only during the enrollment process, but by also providing assistance throughout the program with billing questions, inquiries on student performance or any other concerns.

Founded in 1890, Blackstone Career Institute is one of the oldest distance learning schools in the U.S.  Over 125,000 people have changed their lives by taking a course with Blackstone.

The cost of the Paralegal program is only $767 for inmates, including all study materials, grading services, and an official certificate and transcript. To offset any financial burden to inmates or their sponsors, we offer a convenient interest-free monthly payment plan, with a down payment of $59.00 and 12 payments of $59.00.

Once students complete our Legal Assistant/Paralegal program, many choose to continue with Blackstone by enrolling in one of our eight Advanced Paralegal certificate courses. Materials for these courses are also soft cover and meet most facility rules and regulations.

Distance learning is an effective and convenient method for incarcerated individuals to meet their educational goals. You can help!
