Course Description: Representation of real estate clients is a major area of practice for many law firms, and opportunities for real estate paralegals are numerous. The Real Estate Law course helps you master various forms of ownership of real property, aspects of real estate finance and title insurance, and special circumstances surrounding the ownership of condominiums and cooperatives.
